My husband gave me the best early Mother’s Day present ever! He went online and found a great deal on an overnight stay at a “fancy hotel”, (as my six year old granddaughter calls it), in Seattle for me, our three daughters, and our two granddaughters.
“Fancy Nancy” oldest granddaughter calling Papa. She thinks the “fancy hotel” is life as it should be.
Just a couple blocks from the hotel is Pike Place market.
The beautiful Puget Sound.
Across the street from Pike Place Market, the place where all things great began…the very first, original Starbucks!
My three daughters and two granddaughters.
Youngest daughter leaves to head back to Kansas City tomorrow, so this getaway with all of us together was very special to this mama.
I say the hubby hit a homerun on this present.
Still following,
Elizabeth

What a wonderful gift from your dear hubby! He certainly knew exactly what you and your girls needed. Thanks for sharing a bit of it with us. I'm hoping to take a little break in Seattle with a friend soon - you've inspired me to get it planned.
