This past winter I had my handyman son-in-law make some of our firewood into these!
I love them, but they seemed “winter-y” to me…and I’m in the mood for summer and the sea! So they are tucked away ready to come back out next fall.
In the meanwhile, I found a piece of driftwood on a trip to the beach, and handyman son-in-law came to the rescue again!
I’m lovin’ my beachy tealight holder to go with last week’s beachy mantel!
Still following,
Elizabeth

ReplyDeleteLove your candleholders! Feeling a trip to the beach coming on! My main bathroom is decorated in 'Beach' from our two times pastoring there. It's in my blood!

LOVE it!! We saw the "wintery ones" all over Etsy last winter. Hopefully for those of us without handy son-in-laws , we'll spot one of these. Or perhaps you and your son in law could open up shop...
ReplyDeleteWhat a cool piece! I'll have to keep an eye out for a piece of wood for this project.
ReplyDeleteYou make me want to get out more candles. You sure have a wonderful son-in-law! I look forward to having one of those in the next year or two.
