Birds don’t have barns…

015

Then Jesus said to his disciples: "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear.

Life is more than food, and the body more than clothes.

Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them.

And how much more valuable you are than birds!

Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?

Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?

Luke 12:22-25

  3. Oh, Elizabeth, I love that scripture. It was the first one my only grandson memorized when he was two years old.

And the photographs of the old barns are great.

I would love to share with you what little I know about photography. I am thinking of writing a post for some day next week in response to your comment about my photography.

    Post-processing is everything! smile

    Love,
    Dianne

  5. I think God needs to remind me of these verses every day. I have a hard time letting go of my sin of worrying. :-( The pictures of the old barns drive the point home that our "treasures" here will all fall apart, but our treasures in heaven will last forever. Thanks, Elizabeth. You are always an encouragement.

  8. Thanks, I really need to be reminded of our Masters faithfulness to me.

Love the 1st flower picture of Tansy Ragwort, a noxious weed thet is unlawful to grow in Pierce County as it is fatal to cattle.
