I love being a mom.
If I liken my life to a seed, being a mom has been like watching the little seed that is me,
grow into a beautiful blossoming tree.
I love being a Nana.
Being a Nana is like picking the fruit off the tree of my life, baking a pie with it,
and savoring every delicious bite.

ReplyDeleteSo glad you had some wonderful 'treats' on Mother's Day - the best one is just being a mom and a nana, isn't it? I had a precious day with my dear, little mother - something that will be treasured for many years deep in my heart. I prayed for you, dear friend.
