Mint ice water…

We are having a late summer here in Portland.

All week it’s been in the 90’s.

I love the clear, blue skies, the sun and the heat.

I know there will be plenty of gray skies and rain coming our way soon enough.

In the heat, one of my favorite drinks is some icy cold water with fresh mint in it.

Such a refreshing simple pleasure!
