Summer mantel…

I blogged about my summer mantel and a few other summer touches here.

Saturday morning, while puttering around doing my usual weekly housecleaning chores,

I “tweaked” my mantel a bit.

I took away the old zinc pan and added a beach-y painting that I painted a while ago in its place.

    Your mantel is sooooo soothing...it makes me go "ahhhh". The beach painting is really pretty and adds just the right touch of color. I'm going to pin your mantel for future enjoyment.
