In this world gone crazy with random acts of violence taking the lives of the innocent,
I pray for God to flood you with His love
and fill you with His peace.
This world will only be made right when the One Who created it
rules and reigns over it.
The King of Kings.
The Lord of Lords.
The Prince of Peace.
Even so Lord Jesus, come.
Still following,
I just cannot wrap my brain around what happened today. I am heartbroken over this senseless tragedy. Oh how we need Jesus to come.
ReplyDeleteWe are in shock here in Australia, too.

Beautiful prayer. I'm focusing on peace this week in Goodmorninggirls' advent study. When such terrible things happen, all we can do is keep our eyes focused on Him.
ReplyDeleteHe is the only true peace we have.
ReplyDeleteHIS peace is priceless!
ReplyDeleteHi Elizabeth

Your words are beautifully illustrated by the picture of the gift.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog.
Praying with you.
Love that photo Elizabeth. It seems all uur hearts are turned toward those innocent people who lost their lives this weekend.
ReplyDeleteOh, AMEN, Elizabeth! I thought of you so strongly when I heard about the Mall. As you said, So much is going on, both here and around the world. Only our Lord can pour the peace, mercy, grace, kindness, and hope into those heavy and empty hearts.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing so beautifully.
