After fifteen minutes of taking photos by the river, my fingers were freezing.
I got in the car, turning on the engine and then the heat, full blast.
I turned on some of my favorite worship music and pulled my Bible and journal out of my leather bag.
And there by the river, He fed me and quenched my thirst.
Still following,
My husband bought me a new camera for Christmas. I've been too intimidated to take it out of the box. Wish we could spend a few hours together, taking photos. :)
ReplyDeleteBrandee, you just have to be brave and give it a go, read the manual, find online tutorials, then it's trial and error...I still have lots to learn!
DeleteBeautiful from photo to passage.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous. How are you loving that new camera?
ReplyDeleteI love the camera! LOVE! Still learning, of course.
DeleteAnd God, through you and your gifts, fed me from His river of incredible bloggers. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteWow, that camera is taking some great images. In all seriousness, you have an amazing eye and the willingness to get out there and find the perfect shot. Breathtaking.
ReplyDeleteHow amazing the simplicity. A relationship with God has no complications. Through Christ we can enter in, by Grace. Thanks for sharing with us this reminder. Blessings
ReplyDeleteOh yes! There is nothing like drinking from the river of His delight! Thank you my friend.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful place to be fed in our soul!

I am glad you received a blessing within a quiet place and a quiet moment.
ReplyDeleteThankful for your lovely day :-)
ReplyDeleteWhat a blessing to see the photo, read the Word, and read your words. Would love to hang out at a river with you while reading, worshiping, looking at His creation.
ReplyDeleteBlessings.
