The dunes around the beach house we rented for our family reunion were topped with sea grass.
I had to clip a few of the sea grass "plumes" to take home with me.
And of course, I'm always on the lookout for sea shells.

Such a pretty collection I love all of them, they definitely should be on your wall....
ReplyDeleteAh, that is so sweet Viv! I find the editing relaxing and enjoy the process immensely.
DeleteThese are yummy, Elizabeth. (And you do not look your age at all. You will be like my mama who is 67 and looks like she's in her 40's. ;))
ReplyDeleteFrom your keyboard to God's ears! I so want to be a healthy, vibrant and happy senior citizen!
DeleteLove this series - the beach looks lovely!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Kristy! I appreciate your link-up!

ReplyDeleteThank you so much, Abrianna! Your name is so lovely by the way.
DeleteYour treasures from the beach are so wonderful, Elizabeth! I love the beach but I realize I really don't have a connection to it...not sure why! I've been an "inlander" for most of my life, but did live on islands for 6 years in the 70's. Your decorating vignettes are always beautiful. The sea grass and dune photo you chose for your quote is truly spectacular.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much, Evelyn! By the way, my favorite aunt was my Aunt Evelyn. I always wish one of my granddaughters was named Evelyn.
DeleteA beautiful post, and the top photo just takes me away...I love the sea.
ReplyDeleteCheryl, I love the sea as well. It somehow ministers to my soul to be by the sea, as if the Creator is especially close there.
DeleteBeautiful collection of photos and your shells...Love the sandy beach and grass!

ReplyDeleteThank you, Sharon. The sea was especially lovely and the weather perfect! The shells have been gathered from various trips on various beaches. I can never seem to leave a pretty shell behind.
