Friday Faves...More Valentine Touches



Earlier this week I showed you the simple Valentine touches I added to my mantel,
(and how I made my pom pom wreath).
You can see that post here.


                         Here are a few more simple Valentine touches around the house.
You can see the little felt hearts I made some time ago hanging in the photos above,
and this bigger felt heart sitting on an ironstone platter on the coffee table/trunk.


I seem to be unwilling to put away both my pom pom wreath on the mantel
and this boxwood wreath on my dining room chalkboard.
With my chalk pen I've changed the word on the chalkboard from NOEL at Christmastime, 
to 2015 during New Year's and now to LOVE for Valentine's Day.


It doesn't take a lot of time or stuff to add a few touches to remind everyone that love is in the air
and Valentine's Day is right around the corner!


It's almost Friday, in fact, I'm so late posting today that in the U.S. time zones east of me it is Friday!

    Oh! Why don't we start decorating our homes and offices on Valentine's Day like we do on Christmas?! This is a brilliant idea, Elizabeth. Love is in the air! :)

      Yes, I'd rather decorate for Valentine's, (love day!), than go all out for Halloween.

    Love it all! All of your Valentine's Day decorations are just right - and best seen up close in person. I know. Because I did and loved it all. You've inspired me to get busy and dig out some things to add Valentine touches to my home. And I think I'll get busy and make more!     Love it....I have to decorate for Valentines Day as well!!! My cow head has a necklace on her, and reminds me of your deer head. Love it all!!!!
