I found this lovely little antique mirror a while ago and thought it would be fun to include it in a still life IF I could figure out how to keep myself and too much background detail from reflecting in the mirror. It's all in finding the right angle to shoot from!
I like the texture that the little wicker covered demijohn adds to the still life, and the pop of color in the red/orange berries.
I used a dark and moody preset when editing the photos, which seems appropriate for a rainy day indoor photoshoot!
still following,
I really like your still life of vintage finds. I have the same trouble with photographing mirrors and picture frames. The glass reflects too much. Good job!
