All of us go through things that test our faith-that expose the truth of whether we really trust God or not. One of the huge benefits of all of these years of keeping a gratitude journal is that I have a written record of God's faithfulness in my life, so when tests and trials come I know that I can trust God. He's proven Himself to me time and time and time again!

Since 2009 I've been counting my blessings thanks to the prompting of Ann Voskamp.
I continue to count my thanks
piling up gratitude day by day
in my journal.
(and capturing some of my blessings via my camera or iPhone)
